Remember Body Language? It’s Like E-mail with Video! Your Body Is Talking. Find out what it’s saying at the Dallas/IABC Quill Awards
Ever try to have an important conversation with someone who won’t even look up from her computer? I have, and the message this boss sent influenced my decision to leave that employer.
Just a heads up about another great Dallas/IABC event, this time our annual Quill Awards Luncheon featuring body language expert Carol Kinsey Goman, Ph.D. Knowing what your body is saying, Dr. Goman says, can help you become more confident, credible and persuasive.
As always, the Quill Awards feature the best work submitted for judging by Dallas/IABC members and other communicators. Plus, the Dallas/IABC Communicator of the Year will be named from a field of five nominees.
It all takes place on Tuesday, Sept. 9, at the Eisemann Center in Richardson.
It’d be great if you’d join us. You can catch our esteemed speaker Carol Kinsey-Goman, Ph.D on WFAA Channel 8's "Good Morning Texas" at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 9th prior to the Quill Awards luncheon. |
